Shaghayegh Riahi

Hi, I’m Sherry, a certified fitness trainer with over 10 years of experience helping people reach their health and fitness goals. I specialize in creating personalized workout programs and nutrition plans that are designed around each client’s body, goals, and lifestyle — because I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness.

My journey in health and wellness began with a Bachelor’s in Nutrition Science, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients, from private gym members in Bangkok to students as a PE teacher. Along the way, I’ve helped people build strength, improve endurance, correct posture, and even develop better eating habits — all while keeping workouts fun, effective, and motivating.

I love helping clients discover what their bodies are capable of. Whether it’s through strength training, HIIT, functional workouts, or posture correction, I focus on making every session engaging and supportive. I’m also passionate about nutrition, so I design meal plans that fuel your progress, boost energy, and are easy to follow in real life.

What really drives me is seeing people grow stronger, more confident, and healthier. I believe fitness isn’t just about workouts — it’s about creating sustainable habits, celebrating small wins, and feeling great in your body every day. My goal is to guide you, challenge you, and make the process enjoyable, so you can achieve results that last.
